Governor Ritter formally presented his plan to cut 1 billion dollars from the state budget to
lawmakers on Tuesday. Members of the joint budget committee asked few questions, but

Governor Bill Ritter warned educators on Thursday to brace for budget cuts in the state’s K through
12 system. Ritter made the comments while speaking to school districts from across the state at an

Governor Bill Ritter delivered the transportation budget for next fiscal year to lawmakers on
Monday. It’s a 6 percent increase from last year and includes some money from the FASTER bill,
