Mission Statement The Rocky Mountain Community Radio works to strengthen member stations through collaborative efforts.Our goals include:

• production and distribution of regional programming
• training exchanges
• sharing resources
• advancing the use of new communication technologies

By maximizing the resources of the entire region, we are better able to serve the listening communities of each member station.

Bente Birkeland has been reporting on state legislative issues for Rocky Mountain Community Radio since 2006. Originally from Minnesota, in her spare time Bente likes to hike, ski and spend time with her family.
