Colorado’s oil and gas commission has new rules to regulate the oil and gas industry. They went
into effect earlier this year. KDNK’s Conrad Wilson sat down with Colorado Oil and Gas
Conservation Commission Director Dave Neslin to talk about new rules. Neslin’s office has a duel
mandate to both foster development and enforce public interests.

off he said that his staff is composed of only 60 people and that it must be efficient with so many
applications coming into the office.
